General Questions

To track your order, simply log in to your account and go to the "Order History" section. You'll find the tracking information there along with the current status of your delivery.
Our standard delivery timeframe is within 3 to 5 working days for most locations in Bangladesh. However, we also offer an express delivery option within 24 hours for select areas in Dhaka City. Check our delivery information page for more details.
If you're not available at the given address during the delivery, our delivery partner will try to reach you via phone. If they are unable to deliver, they will leave a notification and attempt redelivery later.
Yes, you can change your delivery address, but please make sure to do so as soon as possible by contacting our customer support. Changes might not be possible after the order has been dispatched.
We strive for timely and safe deliveries, but if your order is delivered late or damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate actions to resolve it.

  • Dhaka (Sub-area) : 90 Taka (ex, Tongi, Keraniganj, Savar, Dohar etc) (Advance)
  • Whole Bangladesh : 100 taka (Advance)

There are few step to place order successfully:
